Chance seedling - possibly a hybrid of Grimes Golden and Golden Reinette - discovered in 1905 by Anderson Mullins on his farm in Clay County, West Virginia.

Crisp, sweet, mellow and juicy. Best for snacking, salads, pies, sauce and baked.
